Crafthouse Cocktails are made just as they would at a classic cocktail bar. All of our ready-to-drink cocktails are made from the highest quality all-natural ingredients - never any artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. We use only exceptional spirits from the finest producers (many of whom are our friends). You will never find malt liquors or “brewed alcohols” in our pre-mixed cocktails.
Our commitment to real ingredients and true bar-quality cocktails has been recognized on the world stage. At the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, all 7 of our cocktails received medals, including 4 Double Gold awards and 3 Best of Class honors — the most Double Golds of any brand.
eSPRESSO MARTINI
A smooth blend of rich Intelligentsia’s Black Cat Espresso, Baking Spice Bitters and Premium Vodka, the Silver Award-Winning Espresso Martini is an instant classic and has become a go-to for any ocassion. Charles uses real brewed coffee, balanced with premium vodka and a touch of sweetness, creating a velvety drink that’s rich, bold, and just sweet enough. Its bold coffee flavor and smooth finish make it a favorite among coffee lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike.
Serve over ice or shake with ice and serve in a coupe glass, garnished with three espresso beans or an orange twist.

mai taI
Our Best of Class and Double Gold Award-Winning Mai Tai is a timeless tiki classic that delivers a perfect balance of bold rum and refreshing citrus. Charles crafts this version with a blend of premium aged rums, real lime juice, orange curaçao, and a hint of almond orgeat for a touch of nutty sweetness. The Mai Tai is complex yet perfectly balanced, showcasing layers of tropical flavor that linger on the palate.
Serve over crushed ice in a rocks glass, garnished with a lime wheel and a pineapple stem for a touch of island flair.

MOONLIGHTER VODKA SPRITZ
A Charles Joly original cocktail, the Moonlighter is our Best of Class and Double Gold Award-Winning crushable vodka spritz infused with calming chamomile and fragrant lavender. This lovely floral, collins-style is light and refreshing. We steep chamomile and lavender, before mixing it with Brovo Spirits Pretty Bianco Vermouth, Premium Vodka, soda water and a bit of simple syrup to balance the flavors. All-natural and gluten free.
Serve our Moonlighter drink over ice, garnished with a lemon wedge or a lemon wheel.

Moscow Mule
The Moscow Mule is our Best of Class and Double Gold Award-Winning cocktail. It was one of a group of cocktails created in the 1940’s to promote vodka as a spirit in the US. Combining vodka with bold, spicy ginger beer and lime in a unique copper mug, the Moscow Mule cocktail became an instant classic. Our Moscow Mule crafted with house-made ginger beer has become one of our most popular cocktails.
Serve a Moscow Mule cocktail over ice, garnished with a fresh mint sprig or lime wheel. A copper mug is the traditional vessel for the Moscow Mule if you have one handy, though a rocks glass works just fine in a pinch.

Paloma
The Paloma cocktail (“The Dove”) is our Gold Award-Winning authentic Mexican cocktail. Some people, when they think about Mexico and tequila, think ‘margarita.’ Locals more commonly enjoy Palomas. It is common to see a bottle of tequila, a few bottles of grapefruit soda and a bowl of limes on a restaurant table in Mexico.
While the ingredients to our Paloma may be simple, the flavor they provide is anything but. Our canned Paloma is a great change of pace for the margarita lover in your life.
Our Paloma cocktail is made with La Cofradia Tequila, sparkling grapefruit and real lime. A light dusting of kosher salt on the rim of the glass will add an epicure’s touch.
