Crafthouse Chai Hot Toddy

4 200ml Gold Rush Canned Cocktails

16 oz Tazo Chai Latte Concentrate

16oz Apple Cider

½ cup Simple Syrup

heat entire mixture (don't boil)

Garnish as desired (cinnamon sticks, floated apple slices, star anise, lemon slice)

Makes 8 cocktails

Old Fashioned Egg Nog

4 200ml Rum Old Fashioned Canned Cocktails

4 large eggs, separated

1/2 cup sugar

1 pint whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Beat together the egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar until the yolks lighten in color and the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the milk, cream, Old Fashioned and stir to combine. Ladle into cups, sprinkle with nutmeg, serve and enjoy.
